The Walk
sharibako is a real, shipped project—a Swift command-line tool, built under this practice. What follows is its genuine build record: the actual documents from the actual build, not a demo and not staged data.
The cleanest current-convention instance of the practice: sharibako, a real project, its whole chain and hos rendered as the documents they are—frontmatter visible, styled as the typed metadata it is, not hidden as if it were plumbing. Every document here is verifiable in the public repo.
The arc, as state
Unlike the canonical chain, an shows state. A closed step turns over to its gold face the first time you see it close; a step rests quietly in gold, already turned. Here is sharibako's ho-04 arc:
The visible architecture change
The most persuasive single thing the practice can show is a plan meeting reality on the
record. ho-04.6—plain-prompt init
supersedes ho-04.4's dashboard surface. Open its supersedes marker to see what
fell beside what replaced it, side by side. Nothing is erased; the record moves forward only.
