The Framework

The named parts of the practice, rendered as the documents that define them. The narrative spine is the Kamae chain—six links: four framing documents carry a project from opinions to a sequence, a fifth carries each working session, and a sixth remembers the build between them. It is the obviously-right order, never a locked door.

Four thinking documents narrow a project—its opinions, then its decisions, then its scope, then its sequence—into a fifth that a working session carries out, and a sixth that remembers where the build is between sessions. When an arrow loops back, an earlier document is being revised because later work taught you something; the change is always written down, never made silently. The mark on the per-ho document is where the plan becomes a single bounded step—a —small enough to pick up and finish. Each box opens the document that defines it.

The documents

The whole corpus—every document, rendered here or sourced upstream—is mapped in the index of documents.

Templates

The framework's document templates, tool-agnostic, ready to use. Download the raw Markdown; the skills that author them are one door over.
